Ronald Schlegel
Ronald Schlegel joined Stony Hill Advisors in 2024, with over 25 years of hands-on leadership positions in both family-owned enterprises and corporate business units.
Ronald holds an MBA from Villanova University, where he was honored with the prestigious Bartley Medallion award as well as a Masters of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BS in Industrial Engineering from The College of New Jersey. Complementing his academic credentials, Ronald has received extensive formal and applied education in LEAN/Six Sigma Leadership, underpinning his expertise in enterprise transformational change.
In the M&A market, Ronald provides guidance to startups, small-to-medium sized businesses, and family-owned enterprises in navigating complex challenges related to valuation, workplace culture, risk mitigation, and exit strategies. Leveraging a wealth of experience across diverse industries, Ronald has honed a strategic mindset and a data-driven approach that consistently delivers tangible results for businesses.
Throughout his tenure at various levels of responsibility including CEO, COO, and VP of Operations/Engineering, Ronald played an instrumental role in propelling value creation by instituting robust business process systems and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By crafting and implementing comprehensive Strategic Plans, he guided companies to surpass revenue goals and achieve cost targets, thus driving substantial improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
In addition to his corporate roles, Ronald founded two start-ups where he provides consulting services, focusing on revenue growth, profitability enhancement, and operational optimization.
